P.I.S.S.
Blowing Smoke is a small budget independent movie with an extremely talented cast put together by Kelly Martin Wagner and Ty Harman. We were fortunate to get an “A” list crew to shoot the movie in High Definition using a 24p Sony camera with Panavision lenses.
The movie is about what men talk about when women aren’t around. They talk about chicks, how they bring women to their knees and run the show by thinking they are the superior gender. So naturally, when a woman shows up, the tables are turned and the men turn against one another to win the girl. Little do they know because they are pussy hounds that the damsel in distress beauty has her own plot and agenda. They get fucked but not exactly the way they wanted it.
Blowing Smoke is not exactly your typical conventional movie by any means. It is far from the norm and far from commercial. So why bother you ask? Well the answer is simple; I am not your typical normal conventional mainstream reality show sucker, television victim follow like sheep type of guy. I like to do things my way and doing it my way is the price I pay. I am a visionary with a warrior like attitude. When a new artistic creative opportunity presents itself that encompasses a new business model with a winning formula, that’s the challenge I seek and that’s the path I pursue no matter where the journey leads. You can love this movie or you can hate it. You might get it and enjoy it or you might get it and say a smart ass comment like “nothing here that I didn’t know about, there’s no revelation”. Basically what you are saying is that you have no imagination and there is a point you won’t go beyond. But that does not make you a bad person or discredit you in any shape or form. Life is all about choices we make and as long as these choices are readily available to us, life is a beautiful thing.
On the other hand, you might just plain hate this movie because you might think it is politically incorrect and has no merit whatsoever. In that case, I would like to ask you the question, why is the truth always accused of being politically incorrect? The truth is that some people are wimps and weak in character to stand up to what is real and hide their fears with the politically incorrect bullshit. These people suffer from what I call the “P.I.S.S.” factor, politically incorrect senseless syndrome.

I wonder what the female counterpart to this flick would be. Maybe that is coming next, like Roxanne Shante.
Based on a tupperware party with chicks talking about slapping the old man around and how she gives him $20 a week from his paycheck and tells him to make it last.
Then the pool guy shows up and a cat fight busts out.

Ooh yes, how dangerously incorrect of you. Lets see, men are depicted as pompous, posturing egomaniacs who crumble and are bested by the wit and wiles of the first women to walk through the door.
Must have been a real struggle to get this one made, since its swimming so firmly against the tide. You go girl!!!!
